Sponsoring The Arts Helps Our Community in Many Ways We can continue to bring full-scale Broadway musicals to the community...but only with your help. VMT is a non-profit community theater company. As such we work mostly with volunteers. To bring professional quality to our productions we hire the pros to do the important jobs of directing, designing and choreographing. We hold our ticket prices low to keep the shows affordable to the community. But, our ticket sales do not cover all of the expenses. Our "Friends of Vallejo Music Theater" program was established years ago when we grew from an all volunteer troupe to a more professional Company with higher production standards. Live theater is important to the community and those of us who stick with it year after year appreciate the help and support from our "Friends."
